As is NEWofMarin’s tradition, it’s time for our biannual auction, as we continue to support organizations focused on helping women and girls. Money raised will be donated to Alliance for GirlsTogether Women Rise (previously – Dining for Women), Marin Girls Chorus, and The Living Room. SEE HERE
 
You…yes YOU…are instrumental to making our auction a success by contributing your services, products, and new (or slightly used/but still in great shape) items. As a benefit, this also can give your product or service welcome exposure. HOWEVER for this Autumn’s auction we are hoping to raise the bar and invite MORE donations brought in from other businesses and services outside of the NEWofMarin community. Game on!

Let those in your community know about our auction–friends, colleagues or businesses–who might want to contribute to great causes while having their businesses highlighted and in front of our captive and enthusiastic group. 
 
We are accepting donations until October 28th at midnight. Because of the level of organization that goes in to this event, we appreciate everyone sticking to this deadline, 3 weeks away.
 
You and whomever you invite to contribute, can either let us know by October 28th, midnight PDT if you/they would like to donate the SAME thing(s) in years past or from the Spring…OR fill out the information below for each new donation and email back to: mearosebabar@gmail.com and cc. me: bara@citytestprep.comYou do not need to fill out the form again if there are no changes. If there are changes, let us know what they are, so we can make the adaptations. We will submit all the offerings and images, both new and repeat, into Bidding Owl, our online platform.

Our auction kicks off November 2nd at midnight and ends November 9th, at noonWe’ll announce the winners that evening at our meeting. Mark your calendars! In addition to the monthly networking dinners, members also get together to share a glass of wine, watch films, laugh together at comedy shows, take classes, have clothing swaps, etc., in normal times. Due to Covid protocols, we must monitor whether members are vaccinated. To implement this, the next time you register for an event, you will be asked to provide proof of your vaccination status. If you are not vaccinated, you must show proof of a negative Covid test within seventy-two (72) hours of the event in order to attend.  Any guest with a higher risk of transmitting or contracting COVID-19 should not attend events, ie. those with COVID-19 symptoms, those who have been in contact with others with symptoms, those who have recently traveled internationally and/or are under quarantine, as well as those with compromised immunity. Thank you for helping keep our members, including you, healthy and letting us enjoy one another.
