With a Juris Doctorate from UC Davis and a Master’s in Expressive Arts Therapy from the California Institute of Integral Studies, Angela utilize evidence-based modalities like EMDR, Brainspotting, and somatic therapy. I’ve worked in various settings, including The Alameda County Trauma Recovery Center, Contra Costa’s hospitals, and schools, and have over 20 years of experience guiding women through complex trauma. Angela also incorporates expressive arts like music, movement, and nature to foster deep healing. Her approach is holistic, considering the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit. She’s dedicated to helping women uncover and embrace their true potential.
