Political fundraising

As a practicing attorney specializing in estate planning in Michigan, Noreen is not licensed to practice in CA. However, her other expertise revolves around advocating for women who are considering running for office. She has extensive experience in finding and encouraging women to run and providing fundraising assistance. She has served on Finance Committees for many women at the state and federal levels and, although she’s a progressive, currently serving on Governor Whitmer’s finance committee, she does assist women on a non-partisan basis and will do so without charge.

Although she resides in Michigan, she’s in Larkspur for extended periods of time visiting her daughter, Kelsay Myers.
